After experimenting with rake-free tournaments successfully this summer, Party Poker has announced it’s kicking off 2012 with another month of rake-free MTTs.
Differing slightly from this summer’s promotion when only certain tourneys were rake-free, this time around all multi-table tournaments will be free from the juice.
Bottom line, all money paid by the players will go directly to the prize pool and every single MTT at all stakes will be part of the promotion.
The promotion starts exactly on the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Day and will run for the entire month of January.
Party Poker is currently neck-and-neck with the iPoker Network for the second-highest traffic in the online poker world.
Peaking at around 4,200 players at the cash-game tables per day on average, Party Poker has seen about a 6% increase in traffic month-on-month since November.
